The Service is offered on a subscription basis at $19.95 per month. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled. Credit card required.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing information. You agree to promptly update your account information with any changes.
You must be 18 years or older to use this Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
You retain all rights to the stories and content you provide to the Service. By using the Service, you grant Tamarock a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and transform your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Tamarock and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the Site and informs users of our data collection practices.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TAMAROCK MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL TAMAROCK, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Tamarock and its affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from: (i) your violation of these Terms; (ii) your violation of any third party right; or (iii) your use of the Service.
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
